本应用由浙江中导北斗导航科技有限公司开发和运营，主要用于车辆定位、轨迹回放、报警提醒、行程统计、里程查询、实时视频、历史视频、多车监控以及客服联络。我们仅在实现这些功能所必需的范围内收集和使用信息。
- 车辆位置、轨迹、报警、视频通道等业务数据用于展示监控结果。
- 设备信息、网络信息、推送标识用于登录安全、消息推送和稳定运行。
- 设备信息、网络信息、软件安装列表和本地缓存仅用于安全校验、兼容性判断、推送适配和问题排查。
- 拨号、剪贴板等能力只在你主动使用对应功能时调用。
- 本应用不接入广告 SDK，不会将个人信息出售给第三方。
重要提示：如果你不同意本政策，可能无法使用车辆定位、轨迹回放、报警提醒、视频查看等核心服务。你可以在系统设置中管理授权，也可以通过本政策末尾的联系方式联系我们。
一、我们收集的信息
我们会根据你使用的功能，收集或使用以下信息。未触发相关功能时，我们不会主动调用对应能力。
- 账号与身份信息：账号、密码、车牌登录信息、会话标识、企业或用户授权信息，用于登录、鉴权和账号安全。
- 车辆业务数据：车牌号、车辆状态、定位时间、经纬度、速度、方向、里程、报警记录、停车信息、轨迹点、车队信息、视频通道信息，用于车辆定位、历史轨迹、行程统计、报警查询、视频查看等功能。
- 设备与网络信息：设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、网络状态、IP 地址、设备标识、推送客户端标识、软件安装列表或已安装应用信息，用于安全校验、推送通知、推送通道适配、问题排查和兼容性处理。
- 本地存储信息：登录状态、语言设置、记住账号、车辆选择、搜索历史、地图临时 payload、功能配置等，用于保持登录状态、恢复查询条件和减少重复操作。
- 操作与日志信息：页面访问、功能点击、接口异常、加载状态和错误日志，用于定位问题、优化性能和提升稳定性。
- 联系方式相关信息：当你在“关于我们”等页面拨打客服电话或复制联系方式时，我们会调用拨号或剪贴板能力完成你的操作。
二、权限使用说明

三、我们如何使用信息
- 提供车辆定位、轨迹回放、停车位置、行程统计、多车监控、报警查询、实时视频和历史视频功能。
- 完成账号登录、车辆登录、接口鉴权、会话保持和异常登录风险识别。
- 向你推送车辆报警、系统通知、维护提醒和服务更新。
- 保存常用功能、今日数据配置、语言设置、查询条件和搜索历史，减少重复操作。
- 排查白屏、接口异常、web-view 地图加载失败、视频播放失败等问题。
- 在你主动操作时拨打电话或写入剪贴板。
四、第三方 SDK 与服务
为实现地图、推送和 App 基础能力，本应用集成以下第三方服务。第三方服务可能根据自身功能需要收集设备信息、网络信息、位置相关信息或日志信息。

五、信息存储与保护
- 我们会在实现服务所必需的期限内保存信息。账号、车辆、轨迹、报警、视频通道等业务数据的保存期限以服务合同、后台配置及法律法规要求为准。
- 登录态、查询条件、搜索历史和地图临时参数会保存在本地设备，用于恢复页面和提升使用效率。
- 我们会采取访问控制、传输加密、权限管理和日志审计等措施保护信息安全。
- 互联网环境无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管账号和密码，避免在公共设备上长期保持登录。
六、信息共享与披露
我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在以下情形中共享或披露必要信息：
- 为实现地图、推送、App 基础运行等功能，向经过评估的第三方 SDK 或服务提供必要信息。

七、你的权利

- 你可以联系我们申请查询、复制、更正、删除个人信息，或撤回授权。我们将在法律法规要求的期限内处理。
- 如果你注销账号或停止使用服务，我们会按照法律法规和业务合同要求处理相关信息。
八、未成年人保护
本应用面向车辆管理、企业运营和授权车主场景，不面向未成年人提供服务。如你是未成年人，请在监护人同意和指导下使用本应用。

This app is operated by Zhejiang Sunleads Beidou Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. It provides vehicle positioning, route playback, alarm reminders, trip statistics, mileage queries, real-time video, historical video, multi-vehicle monitoring, and customer service contact features.
- Vehicle location, route, alarm, and video channel data are used to display monitoring results.
- Device information, network information, installed app list, and local cache are used for security checks, compatibility, push channel adaptation, and troubleshooting.
- Phone calls and clipboard are used only when you trigger the related feature.
- The app does not integrate advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information.
Important: If you do not agree to this policy, core services such as vehicle positioning, route playback, alarm reminders, and video viewing may not be available.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and authentication information: account, password, vehicle login information, session identifiers, and authorization data.
- Vehicle service data: plate number, vehicle status, location time, coordinates, speed, direction, mileage, alarm records, parking information, route points, fleet information, and video channel information.
- Device and network information: device model, system version, app version, network status, IP address, device identifiers, push client identifiers, installed app list, or installed application information, used for security checks, push notifications, push channel adaptation, troubleshooting, and compatibility handling.
- Local storage data: login state, language settings, remembered account, selected vehicle, search history, temporary map payloads, and feature configuration.
- Operation and log data: page visits, feature clicks, API errors, loading status, and error logs.
- Contact-related data: when you tap customer service phone numbers or copy contact information, the app uses phone or clipboard capabilities to complete your action.

- Send vehicle alarms, system messages, maintenance reminders, and service updates.
- Remember frequently used features, language settings, query conditions, and search history.
- Troubleshoot blank screens, API errors, web-view map loading failures, and video playback failures.
- Make phone calls or write to the clipboard when you explicitly request those actions.
